Maybe the first reason is because share house is cheaper for the sake of living cost. Secondly , I think it’s a good chance to meet other people, because you know, living in another country may be lonely sometimes. In the share house I met Japanese , Taiwanese , Canadian & German .

First, I found it really close to my school. The location is not so bad as well, it only needs 7 minutes walking from the station. Sometimes in Japan you may need to walk from the station for 10-15 minutes minimum. Secondly I think the house is pretty good; the room is quite big, unlike the other share house that I found on the website.

シェアハウスで不安だったこと

Sometimes , just sometimes , other tenant closed the door too loud or someone does things at midnight making few noise. But we live with other people so I found it is pretty normal, so far there is no serious inconvenience for me.

仲間との生活は楽しいですか？

For me, I feel much safer in here. Sometimes living alone can cause more paranoia, like, have I locked the door, or what if someone break into my house. Living with others I enjoy randomly meet them and greet each other. At times, some of them also like to talk to me. I have fun!

Recommendations. Let me think about it since everyone’s priority is different. Firstly for female, maybe they will feel more comfortable if they live in female-only share house. In addition to that, you have to consider the place including the room size, the furniture, like bed and desks. It is really helpful to have the furniture already. Lastly, the price. Most people chose share house because it is cheaper than apartment. You don’t need to pay more initial money for the key or anything else, also I think the monthly price is cheaper and better than the apartment’s.
